4. Refund and Return Policy

Full refund available if requested within 7 calendar days of purchase and before any course materials are accessed or reminders are activated.
After the course start date or reminder activation, no refund is available. However, you may transfer your enrollment or subscription to another session or another participant at no additional charge by contacting us via our contact form.

4.2 Digital Information Products

Due to immediate delivery and full access upon purchase, no refund is available once the product is delivered. Please review the product description thoroughly before purchase.

4.3 Physical Goods

Unopened items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form with proof of purchase.
Returned items must be in original packaging and condition. We will process a refund of the payment within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
